Sourced from Chile, this agrumato has fresh, green Ají chili peppers added to Koroneiki olives just prior to crushing. The blending of these two has a nice balance of bitterness and green fruit flavors, with a dominant, smooth, fresh, green, hot, spicy chili flavor that is not too overpowering.
