1. Requirements for Normal Operation Proper operation requires both the device and the tuning file. These must be purchased separately, as the device does not include tuning file. A SOTF switch is also required and must be purchased separately from another source (approximately $50). 2. Cloud Delivery of Tuning File After you submit your vehicle information using our Submit Vehicle Info tool and your order is processed, your tuning file will be delivered via the cloud. Once the device is connected, you will receive a notification prompting you to download the file. 3. Installation Notice The vehicle must be tuned before deleting any emissions system components. 4. After-Sales Notice All tunes are custom and are non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage caused by tuning.
